I'd like to add another team member to the account, so they can login and manage the portal - with their own login if possible.
This is to delegate and ensure that our settings & inventory are 100%, as the other person has good technical knowledge to assist
Instead of going back and forth with clarification questions outside of the portal and then making the adjustments myself, they can do so immediately
It is also a dependency issue to only have one person with access to such an important tool
I can suggest definitely the option for a "Member" to need to have any changes saved to be approved b y the Admin

Hi guys, it's late so please don't reply to this until your morning time i'm going to bed now here so not urgent. But is there any way to export your personal data inventory. I see this as potentially what I would share with my CTO/CEO to get their opinion. Is the easiest thing (i'm guessing) to share login details instead? (Providing that's fine internally which it is).
When asked "Do you mainly want to share it with your team to get the Okay/not? or do you want them to be able to make changes/add tools themselves?"
He answered:
yes that's essentially the plan. It's just thinking of the best way to get collective input into this from the CTO and CEO, I half wondered if I could export an excel sheet that lists the tools selected and its various fields (such as hosting location etc). I'm not sure exactly what would be best, but that way it at least gives me some comfort/ability to easily track what changes have been suggested vs just a direct login. However, I realize this then doesn't allow for the benefit of the database of tools etc. that you can browse and is very valuable. In my opinion perhaps a sub login where the "owner" of the data still makes the final call might be a better record than sharing a login and allows someone to be still ultimately responsible for the final content (also little things like the onboarding allows me to be familiar with the site navigation etc.).

Maybe after this we could think, what if we could connect to their HR system and automatically have the list of employees they need to ask data for
